Quick Start

Get started in 3 steps

Step 1
Paste your client brief

Copy any client email, meeting notes, RFP, or brief and paste it into the input box. The messier the better - ScopeIQ handles it.

Step 2
Click Analyze Scope

Hit the Analyze button and wait 60 seconds. ScopeIQ maps Zoho modules, extracts requirements, identifies risks, and estimates effort.

Step 3
Generate & Download Documents

Once analysis is complete, generate your FRD and TRD. Download all three documents as professional PDFs ready to send to your client.

Common issues

IssueFix
Analysis button is disabled
Make sure you have entered at least 100 characters in the input box.
Can't log in with magic link
Check your spam folder. Magic links expire after 1 hour. Request a new one by entering your email again. Or use Google sign-in for instant access.
PDF download not working
Make sure your browser allows pop-ups from getscopeiq.com. Try a different browser if the issue persists.
FRD/TRD generation stuck loading
For complex projects, generation can take a couple of minutes. If it's still going after 2 minutes, ScopeIQ automatically continues generating in the background - you can navigate away safely, and we'll email you as soon as your document is ready.
